Burpee Challenge - day 19

Weights day. Do 2-3 sets of any of the workouts below and get in some deadlifts. Today was fun. We had a really hard week, and this was a much different workout than we have done.

Russian Twists
Side Bends
Shoulder Press
Pull Ups
