What a great workout.  This is a benchmark workout to see where everyone is and where they came from. Compare this to 11/21/13 and 11/1/2013.  This is a way to mark your progress. Be proud of where you are today and where you can go tomorrow.

    I did this Modified Workout today. Actually I modified a little more. Thanks Scot for sharing this with me.

    I was able to do 5 sets in 20 minutes

    25 PullUps
    50 PushUps
    50 SitUps
    75 Squats
