This is the Marine Special Ops card for getting a full workout on a short amount of time. We did modify it a bit (of course). We did 30 situps instead of crunches. Windmills, montain climbers, lunges, and trunk twists were all both sides instead of total. Flutter kicks, and Hello Dollies were standard 4-count (equates to 2x for the movement and flutter kicks come out to 2x for each side).
Start at the top and work your way all the way down the list. No weights, just bodyweight.
